Azerbaijan Government Scholarships 2021 for International Students:

The Azerbaijan Government is inviting all international students to apply for their 2021 fully-funded scholarship. This is an opportunity from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Azerbaijan to international students from all over the world to pursue a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Azerbaijan. No IELTS/TOEFL is required.

The Educational scholarship Programmes provide an opportunity for selected candidates on annual basis to study in the leading universities of Azerbaijan at the preparatory courses, undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, general medicine/residency programmes.

Benefits:

• Full Tuition Fee waiver.
• Economy Class International Flight once in a year.
• Monthly Stipend: For Meals, Accommodation and Utility (800 AZN).

Documents Required:

• Completed application form.
• Diplomas or Transcripts from prior High School or University studies.
• Copy of a valid Passport.
• Document on general health status (including HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B, and C tests).
• CV or Resume.
• Motivation Letter.
• Proof of English Proficiency (not mandatory: for programs in foreign languages: for undergraduate programs IELTS 5, TOEFL 40, for other programs IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 50).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Participants from OIC & NAM Member Countries.
• For Undergraduate and general medicine programs – Applicants must be younger than 25 years.
• For Master’s and residency programs – citizens must be younger than 30 years of age.
• PhD Degree: Applicants must be younger than 35 years old.
