Feenix is a Public Benefit Organisation which was started in June 2017 after the #FeesMustFall movement that spread across campuses in South Africa in 2015 and 2016.

The #FeesMustFall movement shone a light on the high cost of tertiary education and how financial stress impacted students’ success rates.

The Feenix team is young, diverse, and passionate about education. They believe that access to education should not be dependent on wealth.

The webinar will be hosted by Feenix Marketing Coordinator, Nabeelah. She will be joined by Feenix Student and WITS Graduate, Phenyo who managed to raise R25 000.00 in 7 days through building and consistently engaging with his online community.
