The ICYF International Youth Festival 2022 is an amazing opportunity to showcase your talents and to step out of your comfort zone. All applicants are required to apply online using a debit or credit card only. Applicants without IELTS or TOEFL can still apply.

International Youth Festival is open to all students from any academic field and from any background. There are no entry requirements such as IELTS, academic qualifications or previous work experience. The festival will cover all travel expenses and provide you with a great chance to make friends, enjoy living in a foreign country, see the world and gain useful skills – all while having fun!

The 2022 ICYF International Youth Festival will be held in Kazan, Tatarstan (Russia). The festival aims to bring together talented youth from different countries and cultures to celebrate their achievements and encourage diversity.

This year, the event will take place in Kazan (Tatarstan), Russia between the 25th and 30th of October 2022.

Festival Categories

The Festival will be organized in the following categories:

• Theatre and original genre
• Choreography
• Music
• Fine arts
• Cinema

Eligible Countries

Youth from Russia, Citizen of an OIC Member State, or representative of a Muslim community in a non-OIC Member State and beyond. (Participants from these Countries that are mentioned in both links can apply).

Representative of a Muslim community in a nonmember state means for example “India“. India is not a Muslim country, but if you are a Muslim and living in India, then you can apply.

Selection Criteria

The Organizing Committee will make the final selection. The applicant should meet the following criteria:

• Youth aged between 18-35 from Russia, OIC Member States, and beyond,
• Youth from the OIC Member States, Russia, and Muslim minorities in non-OIC Countries.
• Ability to communicate in English
• Passionate and motivated about cultural activities.
