The scholarship program will be available to Ghanaian candidates who are outstanding academic performers and committed to developing their professional future and the future of their country.

This program is an exemplary collaborative effort between the IE Foundation and the Scholarship Secretariat, which falls within the core mandate of the Secretariat to provide opportunities for qualified Ghanaians to pursue higher education outside the country. It fulfills one of our aims of providing the needed skills for the youth to contribute to national development.

• Eligible Countries: Ghanaian candidates
• Eligible Course or Subjects: Graduate degree programs in any subject offered by the university.
• Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:

• Applicants must be enrolled in the graduate programs
