How to Check Your CAO Application

The Central Applications Office (CAO) processes all applications for courses in post-schooling education. How to know if CAO has received your documents?

Please include a stamped-address postcard or envelope with your application mailing. This will help us to acknowledge receipt of your documents and application form.”

On receipt of our order, CAO will return this postcard/envelope with an acknowledgement of our order. But also note if the CAO is unable to check the correctness and completeness of your supporting documents, they will simply confirm to you that they’ve received them.

How can I access my CAO documents?

CAO will scan in your documents electronically and they will then be made available to view online. This allows you access to your documents whenever you need them, be it on a mobile device or desktop computer.

Once you’ve registered with the CAO, you can see your online application on the ‘My Application’ section of the CAO website. At this stage, you will be able to log in and make changes to your application.
