Sassa news update – Sassa is responsible for administering social grants to millions of beneficiaries as well as providing employment opportunities for job seekers. However, not all advertised employment opportunities are legitimate. The South African Social Security Agency (Sassa) has been serving millions of deserving clients for the past 16 years of being established.

This country’s government agency has provided employment opportunities to individuals who help Sassa fulfill its mission of providing comprehensive social security services to the vulnerable and the poor.

Like other jobs in the public sector, vacancies are published on special platforms. A job posting for Sassa is reported to have been posted, along with several other job postings for Clindz’s career.

But, Sassa said

The public is cautioned against the advert as it is fake and does not come from Sassa.

All Sassa vacancies are also posted on the agency’s official website and national newspapers.

Alternatively, the public can often see the Department of Public Services (DPSA) weekly magazine, which publishes government job listings on Fridays available in various departments, including the Ministry of Social Development.

Sassa vacancies may be found by following these three steps:

  1. Type out Sassa careers on your search engine and click on enter.
  2. Click on the first result, which will be written as Sassa vacancies.
  3. Click on the province of your choice.

According to the DPSA, job seekers are no longer required to provide certified copies of relevant documents when applying for jobs.

This means that all you need to do is submit a completed Form Z83, copies of supporting documents, and a detailed resume.

Only shortlisted candidates are required to submit certified copies of their documents to Human Resources by the date of their interview.
