Port Elizabeth TVET College is a provider of Technical Vocational Education and Training in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. The College was formed in January 2002 as a result of the merging of these three technical colleges; Russell Road, Bethelsdorp and Iqhayiya which are currently campuses. The College concentrate on developing people in order to prepare them for tomorrow by providing them with both theoretical and practical skills that will enable them to achieve their dreams and aspirations as well as contribute to the sociology-economic development of the country.

The Department of Higher Education has made funds available in the form of bursaries to eligible students who are in need of financial assistance and can prove their potential for academic excellence. The College is in charge of this bursary application process and encourages students in need of financial assistance to apply for these bursaries.
