Sassa Payouts – The South African Social Security Agency (Sassa) has already begun paying social grant payments for the month of October very shortly. Sassa has confirmed that they have received payment from Government and are working through a few challenges in distributing the payments.

Social Grants Payment Dates For October

Older Person’s Grants were disbursed on Monday 3rd October 2022 – this includes any grants linked to these accounts.

Disability Grants will be paid today, 4th October 2022 – this includes any grants linked to these accounts.

All other grants will be paid from Wednesday, 05 October 2022

The cash in your account will remain there until you need it. There is no need to rush on Day 1.
