Sassa payouts – All Sassa R350 grant payments must be collected after other grants have been paid. The R350 stipend can be collected from 8 January, but before that other benefits must be collected. If approved, make sure you have received the SMS before confirming your payment.

Payment dates for 2022 are as follows:
Older persons grant – 3rd to 4th of each month 2022, Disability grant – 4th to 5th of each month, Child Support grant – 6 to 8th of each month.

Not fixed payment dates are indicated in the r350 grant status application after getting approved either for bank payment or post office collection.

However, If you are collecting your payment from the post office it is advised that you go after the 10th or 12th of each month after the other social grants have been paid out.

For those waiting for the payment to reflect in your bank account either via Nedbank, standard bank, Absa or Capitec, note that you will receive a text message confirming that your payment has been received as soon as it arrives.
