If you are not happy with the outcome of your SASSA grant, you can appeal this decision and ask for a re-assessment of your application. You can do this online by following the steps below. Please note: If you have already submitted an appeal, it is not necessary to submit another or contact the SASSA office.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR SASSA APPEAL

1. Log onto srd.sassa.gov.za
2. Scroll down to ‘Application for reconsideration’
3. Click on the yellow bar
4. Fill in the required fields
5. You will now be able to view your information

SASSA No Decline Outcome Status means you’re not declined.
