This article gives a step-by-step guide on how to download the Telkom mobile app onto your mobile device. It will show you how to do this from either your Android or iPhone device. The Telkom smartphone app gives you the ability to manage your Telkom mobile, DSL & Fibre accounts from your smartphone.

The Telkom app allows the user to do these;

• Check your data and airtime balances
• Top-up your data and airtime
• View and pay your outstanding Telkom bills
• Track any new Telkom orders
• Chat to a Telkom agent to get help with troubleshooting
• Easily log faults
• Cancel any Telkom services

To download the Telkom mobile app onto your smartphone  (Android & Apple)

Step 1. Navigate to the Google Play store if you’re an Android user or navigate to the Apple App Store if you’re an Apple user. You can click on the logos below to quick access to the Google Play Store & Apple App Store.

Step 2. Search for Telkom and look for the Blue Logo with white Telkom text. View the Screenshot below.

Step 3. Install and allow all permission.
