VUT students’ ITS iEnabler Portal is online self-help that gives access to Residence Application, Academic Course Registration, Residence Registration, Student Admin and more. Here, Student login credentials are student number and pin.

In this portal, students can easily access their Residence Application, Academic Course Registration and many more. Students can login using their student number and pin.

Access the VUT ITS Student Enabler Portal to explore the services and options with student login credentials. The Student Admin can be accessed by entering student number & pin, while student enquiry will provide all relevant details to current VUT students.

How to Login VUT ITS Student Enabler Portal

This portal provides students with the ability to view their academic records, and access important information regarding exams and grades. Students who are registered for courses can access the VUT ITS Student Enabler to register for courses online and track their progress towards each semester’s goals.

1. Go to https://ienablerprod.vut.ac.za/login
2. Enter your Login Credentials (Student Number and PIN)
3. Tap Login

VUT ITS Student Enabler Portal Online Course Registration

1. Login VUT ITS Student Self-Help iEnabler 
2. Enter your Student Number and PIN
3. Navigate to Web Registration under Student iEnabler
4. Read the descriptions
5. Tap and read the Rules and Regulations, then click “I accept”

Each new/current student can access the self-service student iEnabler system on campus or on your computer at home. Find steps on how to register and login to the learning management system (LMS), see your grades and program progress, register and pay for courses, apply for graduation, check your timetable, e-mail course instructors, and more.

1. Tap on “Submit Registration” to access your names, programme, and courses for which you would be registering to appear.
2. Select the courses you will be offering for the semester. Note that some courses are compulsory and some are elective courses.
3. Scroll down to select Save and Continue
4. Select Continue from the newly opened page.
5. Preview the summary of the courses you have selected. Then, “Accept Registration”
6. Select Proof of Registration – PDF and Tap on the document
7. Download the File Print out 2 copies and send them to your department for endorsement and keep one copy.

VUT ITS Student Enabler Resident Registration

Here are the steps to follow when registering for student resident

1. Login VUT Student Enabler Portal
2. Enter your Student Number and PIN
3. Go to Resident Registration
4. Accept Rules and Regulations
5. Submit Registration
6. Select the Year of Registration
7. Check your room allocation and programme
8. Accept Registration
9. Select Proof of Resident Registration – PDF and Tap on the document.
10. Download the File Print out 2 copies
11. Log out

How To Request Forgotten VUT ITS Pin

Follow the Student Self-Service to access a step-by-step guide on how to reset your ITS pin.

1. Login to ITS  Self Help iEnabler
2. Tap on Forgot PIN
3. Enter your Student Number
4. The PIN will be sent to your VUT Student Google Email Address (i.e. StudentNumber@edu.vut.ac.za)
5. Go to https://www.vut.ac.za/vut-student-portal/
6. Tap on Student Google Email
7. Login to your VUT Student email account to access the pin
8. Return to ITS iEnabler Login using Student Number and The PIN received via Student Email
