srd.dsd.gov.za appeal status check

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has reintroduced the Special Covid-19 R350 Social Relief of Distress (SRD) grant and millions of applicants have already applied for the grant since it opened.

Appeals can be lodged on the https//srd.sassa.gov.za website or by sending an email to the covid19appeals@sassa.gov.za(link sends e-mail) e-mail address.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR SASSA APPEAL

1. Log onto srd.sassa.gov.za
2. Scroll down to ‘Application for reconsideration’
3. Click on the yellow bar
4. Fill in the required fields
5. You will now be able to view your information

The outcome of your appeal will be relayed through SMS.
