Here’s how you register for Emirates NBD Online Banking: Login to the Emirates NBD website and click on “Register for Online/Mobile Banking”.

You have two options for registration:

  • Register with Account: If you select Register with Account, your Account Number and Debit Card number will be requested.
  • Register with Credit Card: If you select Register with Credit card, you will need to enter your Credit Card number and date of birth.

Register your Emirates NBD account using your Emirates NBD credit card. Register now. Once all the above steps are completed and you receive an authentication code through SMS on your registered mobile number, please enter this code on the specific fields on the Online Banking registration screen. Now you can specify your preferred user name and click on ‘Confirm’ to proceed.

Protect yourself from people obtaining access to your Emirates NBD account without your consent by setting up a password. The system will ask you to fill in your secret questions and answers, after which you can choose a password. You can now directly login to your Online or Mobile banking using the User Name and Password you have specified.

How to Reset Emirates NBD Online Banking Password

In case you want to reset your Online Banking password, kindly click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page and select ‘Reset’.

You can either reset your password by selecting Reset with Account or Reset with Credit Card:

  • If you select Reset with Account, your account number and debit card number will be requested.
  • If you select Retrieve with Credit Card, you need to enter your Credit Card number and date of birth.

After you have confirmed your account on the app, you will receive an authentication code through a SMS to your registered mobile number. Please enter this code on the specific fields on the screen to finalise the activation process.

You will need to enter your existing User Name and click on ‘Confirm’ to proceed and reset your password. Your new password is now set. You can now log in to Online or Mobile banking as usual with your new password.

Can I view my Emirates Islamic credit card on the Online Banking platform?

While you can still log into the Online Banking platform, you will no longer be able to view your Emirates Islamic credit card on the site. However, you can still make a payment to your Emirates Islamic credit card by adding it as a beneficiary.

What are the features available on the Dashboard page of Online Banking?

Dashboard page is the first page that you be presented when you log in to Online Banking. This page contains a simple and organized layout which includes links that allow you to access all the basic features of your Online Banking account.

We have endeavored to provide a dashboard page through which you will be able to see your overall financial status and products at a glance.

You have the option to customize the page, to enable you to track what is important for you.

There you will see the following tabs:

  • Spending
  • Saving
  • Investing

View your available balance, upcoming payments, and investment portfolio all in one place. When you log in for the first time, we will ask you to select a Budget period and Favorite Account. The Money Bar will then display these selections.

Your Safe-to-Spend amount is your Available Balance, minus any upcoming scheduled transactions, calculated for you to use for the month. It is a clear indication of how much you can spend in the next 30 days.

You can switch the view to see the bar chart of balance history for the last 6 months. Once you scroll down, you will be able to see the 360 degree view. This view will show ‘What I Own’ along with possible new products which you can apply for.

Under ‘Recent Transactions’, on the bottom of the page, the last 5 transactions performed through Online or Mobile banking are listed. If you click to “See Account History”, your statement will be displayed.
