For online services, you will need to register on Idaho’s myAccount. You can access your billing details as well as making payments once you register.

HOW TO LOGIN

Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new window and then click on “Log in” button located on the upper-right hand of the screen.

Step 2 – Enter your Username or your email address, enter your password in the login fields and then click on “Login” button.

You should be able to log in to your account without problems if your details are correct. In case you are using your own personal computer click on “Remember Me” checkbox to automatically sign in the next time you visit the website. Uncheck the checkbox if using shared or public computers.

HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

Step 1 – If you do not remember your username, click “Forgot Username?” to retrieve your username.

Step 2 – Enter the email address you used to register the account and then click on “Submit” button.

You should have received an email with instructions on how to retrieve your username. Follow the next few steps to get your username.

An email with instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to the email address you provided. Make sure the email you enter match with the one you used during registration.

HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL

Step 1 – Click on “Pay My Bill” located on top of the screen.

Note that you must log in first before you can view the pay my bill page. If you do not have an account, register for one in “myAccount”. You can pay through electronic checks, mail, auto bank debit or paperless Billings. The credit/ debit cards and electronic checks allows you to pay online.
