What you’ll be doing

Facilitate and support health service planning and projects to ensure alignment of clinical and non clinical support
services with the needs of the community.

Selection Criteria:

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/ or demonstrated experience in health services planning and/ or projects.
  2. Demonstrated experience in interpersonal communication, collaboration and negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders.
  3. Ability to use written and verbal communication skills to present complex and accurate information, facilitate meetings, deliver reports and presentations, influence and negotiate outcomes.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of strategic directions in health services planning and development to ensure alignment with organisational priorities and contemporary evidence based practice.
  5. Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis including the ability to analyse and interpret service activity data from internal and external sources.
  6. Demonstrated ability to problem solve, plan and deliver projects/ work on time and to a high standard.
  7. Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
