Local Land Services (LLS) is an Executive Agency within the Department of Regional NSW. It provides quality, customer-focused services to landholders and the community across New South Wales. This regionally based organisation brings together a wide range of service and advisory functions including agriculture, biosecurity, natural resource management, land management, biodiversity, emergency services and private native forestry. 

About the Role

The Customer Administration Officer (CAO) provides administrative services to the LLS including answering general customer enquiries, word processing, records management, SAP financial services, data entry, information dissemination, office administration and management, assist staff with logistical support and basic office management duties including correspondence and fleet supervision. Additionally, they may be called on to assist with activities to prevent, prepare for, respond to and recover from emergencies.

About You:

We are looking for an outcome focussed professional who is passionate about supporting primary production in the South East LLS. You will work well in a small team environment while also able to work with minimal supervision and come with an experienced background in administration.

Please note that the successful applicant may be required to undertake a functional health assessment as part of their pre-employment conditions before an offer on employment can be made.
